Why should I use your Studio, vs a local photographer?

For quality product photos that showcase your products effectively, professional product photography is essential. Our experienced team specializes in product photography and uses the latest equipment and software to ensure high-quality results. Book a shoot online, ship your products to us. We'll follow your shoot directions or use our expertise to enhance your products. You'll receive a gallery to download your files. Choose to have your products returned, donated,

What is your return policy?

At yookstudio.com, we aim for your complete satisfaction with every photo. If you're not happy, tell us within 10 days of receiving the files. We'll either make revisions or refund you up to 1000€ if you provided directions. If not, we'll refund 50% up to 500€. Failure to notify us within 10 days or any use of the images voids the refund. Each customer is entitled to 1 refund; future orders may require upfront payment if a refund is claimed.

How do I order / book a shoot?

To begin, click on any Book button and fill out our short online form. Then, send your products to our Luxembourg studio following the provided directions and email us your shoot instructions. Can you shoot my product type?

We're experienced in handling various product types and are confident in handling yours too. If it can be shipped via UPS/FedEx/Others and weighs under 1 mt and/or 30 Kg, we can likely handle it. We don't shoot Full Size Furniture, Live On Model Photos, Fresh/Frozen products (without prior authorization), or anything hazardous or illegal. If unsure, email us for clarification. At our studio, we provide two types of product photography involving models: photos featuring hand and foot models, and lifestyle composite photos. Our skilled photographers will ensure your product looks its best in both options. Lifestyle composite photos use stock images and your product to create a realistic scene, offering a cost-effective alternative to on-location shoots. What files do I get?

We provide high-resolution files for all orders, including PSD and JPG files with clipping paths for on White photos, and high-resolution JPG images for lifestyle, creative, and on color photos. Platform-specific packages include files in the correct format and size. If you need a specific format, let us know. You have the freedom to use the photos as you wish, whether for printing, social media, or other projects. What license type do I get with my photos?

We include worldwide royalty-free unlimited digital use with all photos that are paid in full.

That means that you can use your images however you choose, with no time restriction. And because there are no additional licensing fees, you can save even more money.
